Manage subscription
Manage upgrades, billing, and cancellations from the Record Meeting web app.
Upgrade or change plan
Section titled “Upgrade or change plan”- Sign in at recordmeeting.com/app
- Open Pricing from the sidebar, or go to recordmeeting.com/app/pricing
- Choose Pro or Enterprise and complete checkout
You can switch between monthly and annual billing during checkout or later from the subscription portal.
Manage billing
Section titled “Manage billing”For active Pro or Enterprise subscriptions:
- Sign in to the app
- Go to recordmeeting.com/app/subscription
From the subscription portal you can:
- Update payment method
- Switch between monthly and annual billing
- View invoices
- Cancel your subscription
Cancellation
Section titled “Cancellation”You can cancel anytime from recordmeeting.com/app/subscription. After cancellation, you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds
Section titled “Refunds”Record Meeting offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on paid subscriptions. Contact contact@recordmeeting.com within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
Enterprise & organizations
Section titled “Enterprise & organizations”Creating an organization requires the Enterprise plan. Organization owners manage member access, folders, and shared billing from Organization → Settings in the app.
