Free is for individuals trying Record Meeting. You can record Google Meet calls, share links, and keep a limited library of recordings.

Pro is for professionals who need unlimited recordings, AI meeting notes, full transcription, downloads, and Q&A chat with their recordings.

Enterprise is for teams. It includes everything in Pro plus organizations, shared folders, member roles, and centralized billing. Creating an organization requires Enterprise.

What happens when I hit the Free plan recording limit?
You cannot create new recordings until you upgrade to Pro or delete existing recordings.

Can I try Pro before committing?
Yes. Record Meeting offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on paid plans.

Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes, from the subscription portal in the app.

How does Enterprise billing work?
Enterprise is billed per seat. You pay for active team members, with billing managed centrally for the organization.

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your subscription settings. You keep access until the end of the current billing period.

See Manage subscription for billing changes and cancellations.
